Information provided in this section will be useful for those who want to purchase train tickets with prepayment or execute the purchased train tickets with company details or receive tickets with postpayment.
To promote fast, convenient and modern cooperation among the existing and potential partners of JSC “Pasažieru vilciens”, we kindly ask to become acquainted with the possible methods of ticket purchase and payment settlement.
E-ticket
When purchasing tickets online, mark the additional option “Want to receive the ticket with details” during the payment procedure, and the electronic ticket will contain the desired personal contact information or company details.
E-ticket is considered a transaction supporting document.
Ticket office
If you need to purchase train tickets for tours or private group trips for a larger number of people, please do it at any ticket office of JSC “Pasažieru vilciens”, paying in cash or with a bank card.
Additionally, we offer to indicate company details on the receipt, when purchasing tickets at a ticket office.
Prepayment
If necessary, legal entities can receive a prepayment invoice by filling in this form and sending it to sadarbiba@vivi.lv.
By selecting this method of purchasing and paying for tickets, it shall be noted that:
- preparation and sending of prepayment invoice may require 3-5 working days;
- tickets are issued at ticket offices after invoice settlement, presenting the payment order;
- tickets are issued at the following ticket offices of JSC “Pasažieru vilciens”;
- printed tickets are issued for trips 10 days* forward; however, tickets can be purchased also for a longer period.
*Considering the route planning and changes to the train schedule, receiving of tickets for trips only 10 days forward is possible.
Important!
Postpayment option is not available for legal entities or natural persons JSC “Pasažieru vilciens” has no contractual relations with. We issue only basic fare tickets on a basis of prepayment invoice (tickets are not issued to holders of the Honorary Family Card and recipients of other fare reliefs).
Postpayment
Postpayment invoices can be prepared and issued only to merchants, companies or institutions JSC “Pasažieru vilciens” has concluded a contract with.
Issue of tickets and postpayment on a basis of guarantee letter is not possible.
