An e-ticket is a ticket purchased and paid for on a website or mobile application, which is electronically registered in JSC "Pasažieru vilciens" ticket sales system and identified by a unique ticket code.

The following types of tickets can be purchased electronically:

• one-time tickets (without an assigned seat)
• baggage ticket
• ticket with a 50% or 90% discount for categories of recipients of fares reduction with 3+ Family Card or Honorary Family Certificate
• tickets within zones in two routes through Rīga, Torņakalns, Zemitāni
• time tickets:
  • 1-day ticket
  • 3-day ticket
  • 5-day ticket
  • 30-day ticket
